Refund and Return Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Tranquil Treats.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

 

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

1. The customers have 14 days to check their purchases.

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and will be issued via a voucher for the company.

3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:

a. The return has been approved by a member of the management team.

b. The item has been unopened

c. The item has an obvious issue

 

4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Tranquil Treats shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

 

5. Tranquil Treats reserve the right to decline a return and/ or refund if we believe the product to be in good condition.
